Shipping and Returns
All our cheeses are matured in a professional cheese ripening room. Before cutting, packing and shipping your product, we take the cheese out of the maturation room and cool it down to 4 degrees before packaging.
The cheeses are vacuum packed and will be good to store in a fridge for at least 60 days. Unless otherwise instructed, we will cut your cheese into approximately 200g portions, to make it easy for you to open and enjoy. Traditional Swiss melting cheeses such as the Raclette will be packed in the largest possible size and doe not come in small wedges for larger orders.
All our orders are packed in an insulated box, with a second cardboard outer case and will be cooled with an ice element.
All orders are normally sent out on Tuesday afternoon by Express post unless instructed and agreed otherwise. Customers on the Eastern Seaboard should receive the cheese the next day, which is the Wednesday after shipping.
