HOW FRESH WILL MY CHEESE BE?

All of our cheeses are matured to perfection and will be taken out of the maturation room only a few days before the cheese is shipped to you. This allows you to enjoy the cheese in peak condition.

Your cheese will be vacuum packed to ensure it arrives in peak condition and can be safely stored in the fridge ready for consumption.

HOW LONG WILL MY CHEESE KEEP?

Cheeses packaged in cheese paper will have to be consumed within a week or two vacuum packed cheeses can be kept for up to 60 days.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

All our cheeses are matured in a professional cheese ripening room. Before cutting, packing and shipping your product, we take the cheese out of the maturation room and cool it down to 4 degrees before packaging.

The cheeses are vacuum packed and will be good to store in a fridge for at least 60 days. All our cheeses are cut in large single blocks (eg. 1 kg) unless you select “portions” in the ordering process. If you select “portions”, we will cut your cheese into approximately 200g portions, to make it easy for you to open and enjoy.

All our orders are packed in an insulated box, with a second cardboard outer case and will be cooled with an ice element.

WHEN WILL MY CHEESE BE SHIPPED?

All orders are normally sent out on MONDAY or TUESDAY afternoon by Express post unless instructed and agreed otherwise. Customers on the Eastern Seaboard should receive the cheese the next day, which is the TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY after shipping.

CHEESE LOVER CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

Please note, that the minimum membership period is 3 months. Memberships cannot be cancelled before 3 shipments have been made.

CHEESE LOVER CLUB SHIPMENTS

Cheese Lover Club shipments will be sent out on the first MONDAY or TUESDAY of the month following the month that you joined the club. So if, for example, you order on the 16th of May, your first delivery will be in June.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you will not be home on the TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY that your cheese delivery is expected to arrive, please contact us via email at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements for delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER & OR PREFERENCES?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order. Please contact us via email at [email protected]fromart.com.au or visit our contact page. Please note, we need at least one month’s notice to change or cancel Cheese Lover Club memberships.
