8 medium-sized jacket potatoes
4 tablespoons of oil
200 g King of Zing, grated
a dash of white wine
freshly ground pepper
Halve potatoes lengthwise, brush with oil and sprinkle the cut surfaces with salt.
Place side by side on a baking tin covered with grease-proof paper.
Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 45 minutes at 220C.
Mix together all the ingredients for the cheese mixture, remove the baked potatoes from the oven and spread the cheese mixture over the cut surfaces.
Sprinkle with caraway, paprika and parsley and continue baking in the oven until the cheese begins to melt. Serve hot.
Preparation and cooking time: approx. 60 min.
Tip: A leafy green salad makes an ideal accompaniment.
