Already my grandmother used and loved it: Ripe pear with cheese and bread, simply cheesalicius!
8 slices of sliced bread
50 g butter
12 slices of FROMART® King of Zing (approx. 5 mm thick), to match the size of the bread
16 slices of bacon thinly cut
Gently fry the bread slices in the butter.
Place half the slices on a tin or in single-portion pans and cover with a slice of King of Zing.
Peel the pears, cut lengthways into 8 pieces and core.
Wrap each slice of pear with a slice of bacon and place it on the cheese slice, cover with a second slice of cheese and place the remaining toast slices on top.
Cover once again with King of Zing cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C until the cheese begins to melt.
