Love the chicken differently.


4 chicken breasts, skinned
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons grated King of Zing cheese or Julius Cheeser
1/2 cone grated Sap Sago
2 tablespoons whipped cream
12 tablespoons breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons cooking fat

Cucumber salad:
1 cucumber
3 tablespoons sour cream
5 tablespoons chives chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt, pepper, chili to taste


Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken breasts and dip in flour. Mix together thoroughly eggs, King of Zing, Sap Sago and cream. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and then in breadcrumbs. Heat the fat and fry the chicken at moderate heat for about 10 minutes until golden yellow color.

Cucumber salad:
Peel cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into wafer thing slices. Mix together sour cream, chives, olive oil and vinegar. Add the cucumber slices to the mixture. Season to taste.
